Drive-thru will be open during regular business hours. A member service representative will be ready and available to assist you with deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and issuing money orders and/or cashier checks.
For all other transaction or account inquires, please call us at (586)727-6855. However, if we are unable to assist you over the phone, we will be more than happy to schedule you an appointment. Regardless of which delivery channel you choose, BRCCU will always provide you with the service you deserve!
We will continue to accept loan applications by phone or through online banking. We understand that this may be a service that requires a visit to our office and we are willing to work with our members to accommodate these situations.
